My name is Shriti, I have been working in the fitness industry since 2004, and have developed my skills and knowledge to train clients with medical conditions such as:
I am very passionate about what I do and always feel the need to learn more and develop my knowledge further. My aim is to give my clients a holistic approach for their wellbeing.
5 years ago, I also started teaching Kundalini yoga, which is a yoga for all. After attending just one session I felt my awareness had lifted and realised I needed to teach others to share the benefits obtained from this. Aside from the yoga classes I teach, I also incorporate this in my work where required.
Over the years my interest has developed to alternative complementary therapies too, in particular reflexology. I am a fully ITEC qualified reflexologist and also do Indian Head Massages.
Every client is individual and their needs are unique and therefore I always aim to provide a bespoke service.
