Whether it’s just to get fit, lose weight, feel healthy, or improve quality of life after an injury or illness, I provide individual exercise programmes to fit your needs. My experience includes working with clients with coronary heart disease, diabetes, stroke, mental health problems, and lower back pain.


I do one to one training in the comfort of your own home or in my private therapy room in Bushey, Hertfordshire.


If one to one training isn’t for you, I also carry out training in small groups so that you are alongside clients with similar needs while also receiving guidance adapted to individual abilities.


The training is usually based on the 3 principles of fitness, cardiovascular, strength and flexibility along with general advice on diet.
