Yoga of awareness consists of simple yogic techniques that can be enjoyed by everyone no matter his or her age or physical ability.
Kundalini Yoga includes breath (pranayama), yoga postures (asanas), sound, chanting (mantra) and meditation. It is designed to provide you with the higher consciousness.
It will help you build a healthy body, develop a balanced mind, make contact with your higher self and allow you to meet your full potential.
Kundalini Yoga gives you vitality and health, making you radiant, peaceful and strong so that you can tackle life’s challenges with ease.
The session normally consists of warming up, carrying out specific Kriya (set of postures), relaxation and meditation. Each Kriya and meditation is specific to target different aspects of the body, balance the chakras and work on individual organs or body systems.
Sessions are delivered on a one-to-one basis and will be very personal to you, as the kriyas will be given to you according to what your needs are.
In the group class environment however, sessions will be based on different kriyas each week adding a touch of variety to enhance benefits gained.
If you would like to do one-to-one or small group sessions then this can be done at your home or in my private therapy room.
